We know not everyone is a tech expert. That is why we have introduced our ‘Collect & Inspect’ service to help people diagnose any issues with your iPhone.
For a small upfront fee of £4.99 we ‘Collect’ your device using our doorstep collection service and will fully ‘Inspect’ the device once received into our repair centre.
Once fully inspected, we will contact you with a full breakdown of the costs of the repairs. You can then either decide to have your device returned free of charge or proceed with the repairs.
